BEAU SOLEIL CHARDONNAY

We source our Chardonnay fruit from the North Coast of California, just south of Mendocino.  A secondary malacotic fermentation gives the wine a nice buttery lushness, while the stainless steel aging keeps the wine light and bright, with notes of apples and mangos with a rich buttery finish.
