Tasting Notes
This cuvee had a deep yellow colour of the highest purity. The foam is formed of fine bubbles that give birth to a discrete cord. The nose is gourmand of pastry, almond cream and nougat. Aeration reveals more fruity notes of currants, and peach jam.
