CAVINO XINOMOVARO NAOUSSA
A dry red PDO Naoussa wine
made with 100% Xinomavro grapes which also undergo malolactic fermentation in
stainless steel tanks followed by oak ageing. It has a deep ruby red colour
with a rich nature bouquet of spices and red berries on the nose. It’s a
well-balanced wine with medium acidity and medium-plus tannins. With its fruity
aftertaste, it’s a wine best enjoyed with pasta, grilled dishes or with hard
cheeses.

Tasting Notes
Malolactic
fermentation and oak ageing give this wine a rich bouquet of spice and
toastiness which complement the fruit-forward nature. Red fruits, wet
earth, and leather predominate. The palate is structured with intense tannins
and acidity, allow it to breathe after opening.
