Tasting Notes
The Late Harvest Chenin Blanc has a pale straw yellow appearance with intense fruity and floral notes of apricots, lychees, dates, and white blossoms. The wine is velvety smooth on the palate with a lingering sweet aftertaste. One can serve this dessert wine chilled at 5 – 7° celsius at the end of a hearty meal. The wine can be paired with fruit and nut platters, crème brûlée, cheesecakes, vanilla custards, apple pies, and lemon meringue pies.
