RED WINE
MONTE PACIFICO MERLOT
Rapel Valley is a
warm, dry region that makes a wide range of wine styles, ranging from everyday
wines to some of Chilean most expensive and prestigious offerings. It is
flanked on both sides by mountain ranges – the Andes and the Coastal Range that
shelter the Rapel Valley from the cold influences of the Pacific Ocean. The
region is known to produce mainly International grape varieties for the
production of red wines that are fruit-forward with soft tannins.
