The grapes grown on rocky soils with east-west sun exposure in near perfect micro-climatic conditions ripen the grapes slowly packing them with rich concentrated flavours.Cabernet Contributes to the roundness and concentrated aromas of dark ripened red fruits while Syrah adds the varietal note of vanilla, leather and black pepper making this a luscious wine rounded with tannins and a long finish.
