WHITE WINE

YORK H BLOCK CHARDONNAY

Chardonnay grapes grown on our estate vineyards at York Winery are
hand-picked and carefully sorted before gently pressing into the tank. The
juice collected is settled and then fermented at cool temperatures in stainless
steel tanks to retain the fine varietal flavors.15% of this
wine has been fermented and aged in French Oak barrels for 6 months along with
partial malolactic fermentation. This gives the wine complex creamy characters.
