Tasting Notes

Nose: sweet cure bacon, smoke, malt, sweet peat, touch of caramel.
Palate: soooo fruity! Peat doesn't even get a look-in. Lots of malt, tart.
Finish: medium, peat emerges as the end, fruit teas.
