Château Haut Caban is owned by the Marty family and is situated on a plateau at the confluence of the Garonne and Dordogne rivers. The grapes are meticulously selected by the oenologists and vinified using traditional methods, followed by a three-week maceration period. Château Haut Caban is best served at 180C, the ideal temperature to bring out its rich flavors and aromas.
