Pale salmon pink to the eye, Château Les Valentines Rosé is elegant, fresh and a perfect definition of a Provencal rosé. Fresh and airy notes of huckleberry, pink peppercorns and fresh spices on the nose, with aromas of zesty citrus, exotic fruits and a touch of star anise. This rosé is super versatile for pairing – try sipping with Thai glass noodle salad, tuna ceviche, stuffed mushrooms, Spaghetti alle Vongole, mango sticky rice... the world is your oyster (also a great pairing!). Tasting Notes
Appearance : Discrete lovely salmon color.
Nose : Elegant, fresh and pure nose (hint of cranberries, anise, and fennel).
Palate : Round, supple, full-bodied, well balanced and aromatic mouth. The finish is voluptuous and slightly spicy after taste.
