DelRey's new Smoked Gin adds an earthy, unusual dimension to your Gin experience. Quite distinct from the classic London Dry, our Smoked Gin conjures up a smoky accent to your gin drink or cocktail. Accompanied by a rush of caraway, clove and seaweed flavours, the smokiness adds a savoury element to your drink. This gin is crafted with 12 distinct botanicals smoked in applewood and birch which enhance the signature piney and peppery flavour of the juniper. The resulting palate is smoky, accompanied by comforting undertones of roasted nuts and rich herbals.
