It takes place in temperature-controlled vats. After a short, pre-fermentation, maceration, the fermentation takes place very quickly, then the wines are immediately run off. This technique enables the richness and generosity of the Cabernet grapes to be fully expressed. Deep ruby color, with raspberry rim. Delicate fruity nose, first evocating of berry’s juice; when agitating, raspberry and blackberry notes become more intense, mingled with hot spices. Fleshy and well-balanced palate, expressing both powerful fruit and varietal elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon grape. Fine strong finish of blackberry, blackcurrant and cocoa.
