PERLINO PROSECCO BRUT DOCG

Perlino, Prosecco DOC is a dry sparkling wine made from the Glera (Prosecco) grape variety, which grows in the Veneto region. It is produced using the classic "Charmat" method. Sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany spicy dishes; it goes well with white meat and fish, seafood and Mediterranean salads, sushi, and fresh creamy cheeses.
The Italian company Perlino Optima was founded more than a century ago in Asti. “We have inherited the culture of winemaking from our fathers, a traditional culture for these lands,” say the company’s oenologists, who are constantly improving and combining experience with innovation to produce the best wines of sunny Tuscany. “We carefully monitor every stage of production, tracing the path of each berry, from harvesting in the vineyards to bottling the wine.” The company has its own vineyards and also cooperates with the largest wineries in Italy.
