POISON SAUVIGNON BLANC

An elegant white dry wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in Languedoc vineyards. The climate here is continental, with a noticeable Mediterranean influence. Grapes are grown in areas located near garigs - stony wastelands with poor vegetation. The isolated area, sandwiched between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea, has deep pebble-sand soil with excellent drainage properties. After harvesting, the fruits undergo traditional vinification, which takes place in steel tanks with strict temperature control.
