Tasting Notes
Firstly, it is unmistakably gin, with a hefty juniper base needed
to support the varied botanicals. On the nose it provides tantalising aromas of
finger lime, chilli, cardamom and turmeric. The palate is huge, built from
macadamia, cashews, sarsaparilla and cassia which hold the spices together.
